Everything, from the view, the food, the vibe, the facilities, everything was even better than expected.

Negative: Nothing, rooms were amazingly beautiful, super clean, and very comfortable, food was colorful, full of taste and an enormous selection.

Fantastic, memorable, beautiful, couldn’t have asked for more. Don’t hesitate to book it!

Resort:
The structure is only one year old and for that reason it’s in great conditions, not to mention how meticulously well maintained it was daily by the workers, who were always busy fixing even the smallest damage.
The design of the overall building, including the rooms and the common areas, is extremely well curated and perfectly in line with the image that they wanted to portray: the cool-toned colours, the high use of wood, the elegant mosaic pools, the minimalistic forniture, I could go on forever.
If you’re someone who loves small intimate areas, silence and a minimalistic vibe, this is the place for you.

Wifi:
The wifi service is GREAT, it works perfectly in all the different areas of the resort, inside and outside on the beach. Really good if you’re from outside of your country and you don’t have your own connection.

Food:
The resort has got three different restaurants: two small ones (italian and asian) and a main buffet one which was more egyptian style.
In the first two the food was decent but mainly flavourless and not exiting dishes.
Nothing compared to the buffet one, they had a big variety of dishes, freshly prepared in the kitchen, a great selection of bread, different types of fishe, meats, legumes, sides, a lot of freshly made salads, vegetables and sooo many desserts. The restaurant was open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with no need to book it in advance. (I’m on the plane back home right now and I’m salivating just thinking about it).

Service:
I have met genuinely amazing people: kind, loving, ALWAYS smiling and greeting you with a big “Hello!” when walking past them. Hardworking and well trained, each of them had their specific role which all together worked harmonically on a great outcome.
Everything was super clean, tidy, rooms and pools included.
Their doctor was young and kind, available for you 24h, really great guy.

A special word for Mustafa, an extremely kind and genuine guy!

Milo e Aurora

Negative: Some of the staff's English level wasn't the best so it wasn't always easy to comunicate what you needed, leading to some mistakes in the food ordering or type of drink you asked for, nothing serious tho, they all put an effort into it in the end.

The tennis equipment was very much cheap, basically only suitable for beginners.

The sea it's not memorable: the water is clear but walking toward the deeper water was difficult, as the seabed was slippery and full of holes. So the only way to go for a swim was from the pier they had built, which also offered a great view of the seabed. We also found some jellyfish here and there, during the week we where there, but It might be because it was very windy the week before.
However, this is not the resort's fault, but rather due to the coastal area where it is located.
I still considered it a beautiful coast and beautiful sea.

Absolutely Superb

Upon our arrival we have been welcomed by dearest Ms Asmaa, a true gem, and the Reception Team that answered our every demand and provided solutions with grace, offering the most seamless experience and outstanding service.
The hotel aesthetic is flawless for the most demanding tastes for modern architecture, everything is comfortable and found exactly where needed. The beds are really comfortable, the rooms are spacious, everything you may need is always available and nothing is missing, down to the tiniest detail.
The staff is all around exceptional, starting from the cleaning staff that asks if anything is needed multiple times a day. The food is excellent, in particular the more traditional recipes that we were more than happy to find. In fact, the whole hotel has a respect for tradition which is present at every step, seamlessly blended with international and modern options, which we particularly appreciated. Traditional pastries are to die for.
The drinks are delicious, we were spoiled by Mr. Mohammed at Splash pool bar and Mr. Mahmood and Mr. Ahmet at Indigo all vacation long.
The staff at the restaurant is of rare kindness and truly offers the best service all-round. It is a rare, if not unique occurrence, that we found no “cons” in our stay, as we are accustomed to having a bit less than we have at home when we travel, but this was not the case at Sunrise Anjum, as we slept exceptionally, ate incredibly well, had great fun and were met with the finest kindness.
As we arrived we were greeted with “Welcome Home” and nothing resonates more now that we left, as we think we have found a home away from home and we can’t wait to be back. You simply must visit this place.

Superb

The staff are all super kind and helpful in everything. From accommodating last minute late checkout requests to the smallest details such as providing us with a special small bath for my 7 month old baby.
The rooms are clean and spacious, we had a two bedroom family room and it was perfect for our family.

Negative: I cannot say anything negative about the resort and it’s hospitality, but would suggest not to make use of NLT Limousine service found in the hotel lobby, not only is the service limited, but Mr Mustafa is extremely rude in his approach with guests. Leaving us in a very difficult situation with a small baby risking to be late for our return flight home whilst he screams at us after mistaking our transfer. Luckily the resort management was very helpful in trying to help us solve the issue.

Good but looks they want to push the extra service

Nice room, bed super comfortable nice and friendly staff, restaurant whit table inside and outside, continental food whit a lot of choices

Negative: I got to many times questions by the hotel staff while I was relaxing in the beach asking if I wanted to buy something ( massage,tour ecc.)

Too much. I suggest to don't do that.
